Six Hands

From their day to your phone

DailyCare gives families a private, easy-to-understand update on a loved one’s day in care. More than “she’s doing fine.” A clearer picture, every day.

In development with families and caregivers.

Example update

How it works

  1. The caregiver completes the day

As part of the shift they already work, the caregiver checks off meals, mood, and activities, and adds a quick note or photo.

  2. The family gets a private update

A short note arrives on your phone. Every week, the days come together into one summary the whole family can read.

  3. Everyone starts from the same picture

Better calls, better visits, and better conversations about care, because everyone knows how the week actually went.

What’s in an update

  • Meals and hydration. What they ate and drank today.
  • Mood and engagement. How they seemed, and who they spent time with.
  • Personal care. The everyday things that matter, like a haircut or nails done.
  • Activities. Music group, a walk outside, the picnic on Thursday.
  • Photos and caregiver notes. A few words from the person who was there.
  • Important changes. Anything the family should know about, clearly flagged.

Stories go both ways. Families can share who their loved one is: the job they loved, the music they know by heart, the names that make them smile. Caregivers who know the person can care for the person.

Built for all six hands

  • For families

Greater visibility and less uncertainty. Know how the day went without waiting for a call back, and share it with siblings who live far away.

  • For caregivers

The care you give every day, finally seen by the people who worry most. Fewer “how is she doing?” calls in the middle of a shift.

  • For care managers

A steady view of how things are going between visits, so you can advocate early for the person in care and the family.

Questions

Can I use DailyCare today?

Not yet. DailyCare is in development with families, caregivers, and care managers. If you’d like to help shape it, take the three-minute family survey or write to hello@sixhands.ai.

Who can see the updates?

DailyCare is designed so updates are private to the family members you invite and the care team. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share a family’s updates with advertisers.

Does it replace calling or visiting?

No. It makes them better. When you already know how the week went, your call can be about her, not about whether she ate lunch.

Is this medical monitoring?

No. DailyCare shares how the day went. It is not a medical device, it doesn’t replace your loved one’s care team or medical records, and it isn’t for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911.

Does it make more work for caregivers?

It shouldn’t. DailyCare is designed to fit into the work caregivers already do during a shift. If it adds paperwork, we haven’t finished the job.

I run a care community or home care agency. Can we talk?

Yes, please. Write to hello@sixhands.ai and tell us a little about your team.
